The Rev. Lou Will - Covenant Pastor
Lou is a native of western Pennsylvania, growing up in Homer City, a small town of 2,000, about 50 miles east of Pittsburgh. Following high school, he attended Marietta College, graduating with a B.S. in Business. After two years of service in the U.S. Army, he worked for Blue Cross Western Pennsylvania (Pittsburgh) in the internal audit department for 15 years.
Sensing a call from God, he quit his job and went full-time to Pittsburgh
Theological Seminary, earning a Master of Divinity degree in 1986.
As things turned out, Lou’s first and only church in which he served as
pastor was at Faith Presbyterian Church in Lakewood, Ohio, where he
served for 27 years before retiring at the end of April, 2013.
For relaxation, he has enjoyed community theater, and has appeared in
23 plays at area theaters over the years, 13 of them at Clague Playhouse
in Westlake.
Lou and his wife, Sylvia, have been married for 45 years, and reside in
North Ridgeville. Sylvia is a retired graphic designer, and a member of
John Knox Presbyterian Church in North Olmsted, where Lou is also one of
the Parish Associates.

He is privileged to serve at Grace Church, and has truly felt the warmth
and love from all the members as, together, we journey onward in service
to our Lord Jesus Christ, being open to the Spirit’s leading and being
renewed as we engage in ministry to the world around us.
